Tampa Theatre with Thrive Communities

Tampa Theatre was built in 1926 and is one of America’s best-preserved examples of grand movie palace architecture! We will tour the theatre to learn about its history and architecture, as well as the preservation and restoration efforts that go into keeping it open. After the tour there will be a private screening of the movie SING, an animated film that deals with themes of preserving and rebuilding an historic theatre.
